Client Portal

Welcome to our new client portal with Aesthetic Records. We have added instructions on how to when you are booking an appointment. 

When you book an appointment with Ever Evolving Life you will utilize our booking portal for your appointment needs. Our portal will contain your contact information, appointments, scheduling, forms and more in an easy to access secure site. 

When you sign up on our client portal, you will be able to book an appointment, then once any appointment is booked by you or in house you will get all your forms to sign prior to your appointment. You can then manage your appointments and scheduling right from your phone, tablet or home computer. If you are a new client or existing and have not booked with us on Aesthetic Records please ensure you add NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION to your appointment service to ensure that you receive your forms.

We ask for grace and patience while we transition everyone to Aesthetic Records and ask that you as a client please prior to your appointment to ensure that you have signed up on our client portal and signed your forms! This will make your appointment time YOURS without having to arrive 15 minutes early and sign up in office and complete all forms. What to Expect at your Appointment

Once you have arrived at your appointment we ask that if you have not filled out your forms that you do so at that time. We will then go over your forms with you, if you are a first time patient we will go into detail regarding your history, what your goals are and a treatment plan. If needed photos will be taken as well. This is for our records and to show you the results and progress at each appointment with us. For any injectables including filler, neurotoxins, threads or treatment plans we ask these services be paid prior to the service being rendered. As a reminder we offer Cherry Financing as well for ALL our clients. Once your appointment is completed, you will be asked for a 2 week post op appointment for all injectables, fillers and threads. This is so we can add enhancements if needed, check the areas treated and get progress photos. We will go over all post op instructions with you, not following or understanding them can have an affect on your results. For those who are getting facial treatments such as hydrofacial or signature facial we love to set those up in advance as well as we offer facial monthly membership packages for you. Regardless of the service we want to ensure that you leave Ever Evolving Life with knowledge about our services and about your skin and your   goals! We hope that you enjoy your appointment with us and taking the first or the last step in your skin journey
