As our client we want to make sure that we answer all your questions, prepare your for your treatment and ensure that you understand your appointment!

  • How do I make an Appointment?  You may click on any BOOK appointment button which will take you to our Aesthetic Records booking site, where you can register as a client and book,  should you have any questions please email us

  • What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, cash, and our in house Cherry Finance. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis, full payment must be completed before treatment.

  • Is tips included in my service? Tips are not included in the price of your service

  • What is your booking and cancel policy? You can find our policy located here

  • How do I prepare for my appointment? Prior to your service you will get forms to prep for your appointment, generally speaking most services we ask that you come bare faced ( no make up, lotions, face cleanser etc).

  • What if I don't know what I want to book or if the treatment is right for me? You can book a consultation with us or book an appointment and at time of service we can evaluate the treatment and ensure it is customized to you
