Referral Card How To
Every Xeomin client is eligible to use our referral card program! You can use it multiple times and get rewarded!
Here is how :
- Take a photo of the referral card above, print it out or when you come to your next appointment get a hard copy of the card
- You can give the card to someone but we suggest that you write your name on it and snap a photo before! You can give the card via email, text, printed out, hard copy however you want as long as it has YOUR first and last name on it!
- Once 3 of your referrals come in and receive a Xeomin service with us and gives us the referral card, copy, text, or email you get $100.00 off your next Xeomin service with us! It is that easy.
Rules:
Cannot be combined with any offer or promotion going on- this is for both you and your referral No cash value. The referral MUST have your first and last name on it. Must have the card at time of service. Cannot be transferred or shared.
