Booking Policy

At Ever Evolving Life we ensure to reserve your time for your treatment. In doing so we ask that you read over the cancellation and no show policy. We respectfully ask that all clients understand that our time is valuable as well as the time of all patients and in cancelling less than 24 hours or no showing disrupts other patients who may have wanted an appointment or have a current appointment. Our schedules book weeks in advance and we reserve the right to discontinue service at any time for patients. 

Cancel/ No Show Policy

 

Cancellations that are less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 100% fee OR $100.00 for your scheduled service whichever is greater. This fee will go as a credit on your account to re book your service. We understand circumstances that may arise that are out of your control and will work with you on re booking your appointment at a later date. No show appointments will be charged the full rate for the service. Cancellations that are within 72 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% fee for your scheduled service. This fee will go as a credit on your account to re book your service. Ever Evolving Life has the right to charge the full service price at time of booking if this is habitual behavior for the client and will act as a deposit for the service and time selected.

 

All bookings that receive a cancellation fee will appear as credits on your account for future services. 

When scheduling your appointment with Ever Evolving Life you are agreeing to the cancellation policy and all services require a card on file to guarantee a reservation regardless of payment type at time of service. 

 

Late Appointments

 

Late appointments more than 15 minutes will result in a full charge for the service, this includes all services performed and consultations. The charge will appear on your account as a future credit. When a client runs late to an appointment, this can result in the service not being performed to the full capacity and will be charged the full price of the service, appointments that follow yours to be off schedule and you may not be happy with your result due to the time constraint. 

Refunds on Purchased Services Used and Unused

There are no refunds on purchased unused services or services rendered for any reason. Any refunds will be in the form of a credit on your account to use on future treatments and are done so on a case by case basis. In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Ever Evolving Life.

 

At the Ever Evolving Life we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that patients understand and accept this condition.

Payments

For all injectable services including Filler, Neurotoxins, Smooth Threads and Lifting Threads payment will be collected at the time of booking your appointment, should you decide to cancel your appointment for these services your payment will go into your Patient Wallet for future services.

Deposit

Deposits on all Services, Products and Consultations are Non-Refundable. Should you choose not to use your deposit on a service it will go as a credit into your client wallet for future use. Deposits are collected for all services at booking and are a set fee depending on the service. 

Refunds- Services

There are no refunds on services purchased or services rendered. Purchased services will be refunded as a credit to use on future services and is on a case by case basis. If at anytime you are unhappy with your service please contact us. While we strive to ensure that your experience and your satisfaction is met please remember most services and treatments also require proper post care and products to ensure the best results.

Refunds- Products

Product refunds must be done within 7 days of product delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging and will be inspected upon receiving. All returns regardless of payment method will be refunded as a gift card or original payment method. In the instance of allergic reaction please contact us regarding a refund of an open product. All refunds require a 2 week processing time.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship and process. All orders that are placed on holidays or weekends will process next business day. We offer flat rate shipping within the USA or pick up for in stock or ordered products at our location. Tracking will be provided on all orders placed through the distributor.

Consultations

Consultations are always recommended for clients. Ever Evolving Life offers consultations for services for a 50.00 deposit, your deposit will go towards the payment of your service. All deposits are non-refundable.

Products

At time of services products are always recommended to ensure the best results from your service. We proudly offer SkinMedica, AnteAge and CosMedix and will create a custom skin care regimen to make sure you are taking the best care of your investment
